                    Harabhajan Sing got punishment again by the BCCI being debarred from five ODI. At the first instance, he has already been punished by the IPL Committee on the basis of video graphic evidence adduced by the match referee. Enquiry Commission was held, but unfortunately, the said Committee merely enquired about his fault. He was slapped Sreeshanta no-doubt, it was admitted by him, but the Commission should have enquired the matter that on what circumstances, he did so. But it is fact that without proper reason, no dispute can be caused. The Enquiry Commission should have enquired the actual circumstances, on which Mr. Sing was compelled to do so. Of course, he was provoked by any slang used by Sreeshantain the ground.As such Sreeshanta should have also been punished.

        Now-a-days, the term “Band” has become much popular to the agitators in the North Eastern Region, particularly in Assam. In this part of India, agitators as well as insurgent groups find at least a minor reason or cause against them, to protest, they resorted the easiest of way of “Band” phenomena, which is engraved in their programmes. In every month, three or four or more such “Band” is compulsory here in Assam. Sometimes, it declared abruptly. Such sordid activities are going on in this part of India. In consequence of such activities, basically, the general people have to suffer irreparable lose. Moreover, Bomb blast and man killing has become regular items
of the local News Paper in this area.  General people ever remain in tension. I think, such base activities are rare in other part of India and the life styles of people are more smooth and free from unwanted tension.  But it is noticeable that, the so-called Government here, remiss to its proper duty. Even the political parties and their so-called leaders are also silent in their moral duties. Rather off and on, such guys are habituated, direct or indirect, to have connivance such activities.

            Although, the different courts in India have declared that the “Band” in any nature, is unlawful act in the eye of law.On the other hand, Administrative authority is not ready to control such sordid activities sternly. As this authority has now become puppet in the hands of concerned political leaders. They act merely, on the will of ruling party. Consequently, people in this area, have no faith on this authority. People in this part have no security in their life and property. Alas! What kind of democracy it is, where we live in? Is democracy means- Of the people, By the people, For the people? Whether true democracy is existed in India as well as in NE region?   

Their population is increasing in India day by day. Formerly, the Kinnar was born. But now, it is appeared that in India, Kinnar is made by them at present. We know that human beings are divided into male and female. But in view of scenario of rapid increasing their population, we can now divide human being in to male, female and kinnar.In consideration of their activities, in near future, they would be created problem in every step in society. In India, no such adequate law to administer them. Even in IPC, no term has been reflected them. In IPC the term ā€˜heā€™ interpreted as male or female. As such, Kinnar would escape from the eye of law in criminal matters as well.

I would like to show the present position of Kinnar to the Members of Parliament  to enact special law to this regard for controlling their activities and

administer them in proper way. Otherwise, once,the No. of population of Kinnar may be crossed the todayā€™s figure.

Moreover, we know that without money, nothing can be done. But excessive money leads a man to astray. When a man earns money as per necessity, he can maintain life properly and smoothly. But when he earns beyond of his required easily, his mind could not tolerate and as such, gradually leans to evil acts. Consequently, evil-doers created in the Society, which we observed off and on in the Newspaper. After all, we should know how to utilize such excess money in proper way and save ourselves from becoming wrong-doers.  

I think the reasons are: people are, very much, intensified their will to excite the inner heart by using pornography, xxx movies and hot photos and many other things. Unlimited money is the main supportable source of such unwanted acts.

SINCE, without passion or biological urge, no lustful love can be taken place. Such passion or biological urge arose, merely, on some visual display or on consumption of alcoholic substance. So-called gentle folks are accomplished their respective urge under the cover of such modern affairs. If failed to do so, recourse to force. Off and on, we found in news paper that in the pretence of love and affection, a man of 45 years committed such urge to a child of 4 years. What is this? And what are the reasons behind?

                     LOVE is nothing, but a biological urge between two opposite gender and which is merely enjoyment at present in the life of human being  in the Society. It is well-known that there are two types of Love. One platonic and the other are lustful. Former is generally, hold good in respect of Parents, brothers and sisters in full blood.
